If we limit the scope of “establishing and maintaining relationships….” to what is enabled by technology (implied by the digram) then we are missing the inherent value of “human interconnectedness” which can be centred on interpersonal aspects which to a degree assume the absence of technology.

How can these ideas be integrated into the framework?
