Hi Ross,

While the video shows how dynamically the formal org chart is changing over time, with pieces of hierarchy coming in and out, if it could show the dynamics of informal network changes over time … that is something that could provide real insights re- organisational change management performance.

Hopefully we will be able to approach this with our SWOOP development.
