I wasn’t trying too hard with the Cs – it just came out that way :-)

Cloud and Crowd are about execution. That’s why this diagram isn’t just about social media, it’s about the entire picture of building success.

The diagram is intended primarily for small/ mid-sized business and not for enterprise – there’s a different visual for that :-)

Very nice one Ross. Even worshipping the C-syndrome, you managed to get a nice one out. Like the Create and Curate, love the Connect and Converse, unsure what the Crowd and Cloud does in there but they’re definitely part of this era

Mulling on those last two from a private (consumer) PoV, but let me put my biz hat on and get back to you
